This DIY Engineering workshop provides all the materials needed to build Car, ferris wheel, rolling belt , plane etc. A fun and engaging STEM project, it’s perfect for kids aged 8-12. Participants will assemble the models using 3D wooden or plastic pieces, creating the full working mechanisms. The finished models are great for displaying on a table, shelf, or in a child’s bedroom, playroom, or study area. Kids will feel a sense of pride as they see their creations come to life and actually move. Through building the remote car and electric train, children will develop important skills like hand-eye coordination, creative thinking, and physical and intellectual growth.

Science Fun: Exploring By Doing

Dive into the fascinating world of science through fun, hands-on experiments that bring science to life! Students will explore key concepts such as motion, energy, gravity, air resistance, magnetism, rockets — all through engaging, project-based learning.

Each session combines creativity and scientific thinking as students design, build, and test real-world models while understanding how everyday life works. Perfect for curious young minds who love to experiment, discover, and explore how things move and work. Kids get to take the models home with them.

Description:

Junior 3D Design

In this fun and hands-on camp, young learners will explore the exciting world of 3D design and early engineering. Through creative building activities, students will discover 2D and 3D shapes, size and scale, materials, art, and simple prototyping. They will draw, build, and create using a variety of child-friendly materials while developing spatial reasoning, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Perfect for curious K–2 students who love to imagine, design, and build their own creations!

Junior Drone Explorers - Take Flight

It's a bird, it's a plane, it's a drone! Students explore the basic science behind flying, navigating, and racing drones in a safe manner. This course uses a mini drone which senses hand gestures to move it around. Drones are used for many things such as delivering small packages, planting seeds, tracking wildlife, even looking for people that may be lost or in danger. Students will
practice safely flying the drone, mapping out flight plans, and even code a drone simulator.

OFK After Hours

This is an afternoon period for students between 3:00pm and 5:00 pm. After Hours invites students to participate in variety of academic and enrichment activities, including board games, physical challenges, public speaking, math, arts and other activities.
