It's a bird, it's a plane, it's a drone! Students explore the basic science behind flying, navigating, and racing drones in a safe manner. This course uses a mini drone which senses hand gestures to move it around. Drones are used for many things such as delivering small packages, planting seeds, tracking wildlife, even looking for people that may be lost or in danger. Students will
practice safely flying the drone, mapping out flight plans, and even code a drone simulator.
