Mathematics of AP Physics 3C (Gr. 9-12)

We apply the mathematics that are very helpful in physics but are scarcely taught in math classes: Substitution, Trigonometry, Vectors, Simultaneous equations, Elementary calculus, and more. We'll also cover how to use the TI-83/84 to quickly and easily solve some otherwise tedious problems. In doing so, we'll cover some of the most important ideas tested in AP Physics: Kinematics; Newton's Laws; Work, Energy & Power; Linear Momentum; Circular motion, Oscillations & Waves; Electrical forces, Fields and Circuits.
