Introduction to Public Speaking and Debate 1A+B (Gr. 3-6)

During this class, students will break out of their shell and feel confident when speaking in front of a crowd while working with both state and nationally renowned coaches. We will teach the process that will increase the student's ability to stay engaging and professional while speaking. Additionally, students will learn research and critical thinking skills that will prove invaluable in life regardless of their future. In this class, students will be introduced to unprepared speech and debate via spontaneous argumentation. This program is highly recommended for students with little to no experience, but students with experience are welcome to join us as well!  (Note: $15 materials fee)
